Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use the Expert Clinic Health website and services.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Expert Clinic Health website and any enquiry, appointment or communication you have with us. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information to us.
2. About Our Services
Expert Clinic Health provides general healthcare and a range of specialist services including dental health, wellness and nutrition, weight management, hair and skin treatment, joint and bone health, cardio health, men's and women's health, memory and neuro health, and health insurance guidance.
The content of this website is general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an individual consultation with a qualified clinician. Always seek the advice of a healthcare professional regarding a medical condition, and never delay seeking care because of something you have read here.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to submit personal health information through this website. Where care is provided to a minor, a parent or guardian must consent and, where appropriate, be present.
4. Appointments, Cancellation and Late Arrival
- Appointments are confirmed by us and remain provisional until confirmation is issued.
- Where you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to another patient.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that other patients are not kept waiting.
- We may occasionally need to change or cancel an appointment, for example due to a clinical emergency. We will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative promptly.
5. Fees, Insurance and Billing
Fees vary by service and will be explained before treatment wherever possible. Where insurance is used, cover is determined by your policy, not by us, and you remain responsible for any portion your plan does not pay, including co-payments, deductibles and excluded items.
Our team can verify benefits on your behalf as a courtesy, but verification is not a guarantee of payment by your insurer. Accounts are due on receipt unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
6. Telehealth Consultations
Where a consultation takes place by phone or video, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring you are in a private, safe setting. There are limits to remote assessment, and your clinician may advise an in-person examination or refer you for testing. You should seek in-person or emergency care whenever your symptoms warrant it.
7. No Emergency Services
Expert Clinic Health does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or difficulty speaking, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any other medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
8. Acceptable Use of This Website
You agree not to use this website to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, design elements and other content on this website are owned by Expert Clinic Health or used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
10. Newsletter and Communications
Our newsletter is optional. By subscribing you consent to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any edition or through our unsubscribe page. Service-related messages — such as appointment confirmations and clinical follow-ups — are separate from marketing and are sent because you are receiving care.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Clinic Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your statutory rights as a patient are unaffected by these Terms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Expert Clinic Health against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of this website, or from information you knowingly provide to us that is false or misleading.
13. Third-Party Links
This website may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
